We have planned and managed events as large as music festivals to themed weddings, to small breakfast parties.  We can help you with budgeting, locating a venue, acquiring permits, developing the theme, coordinating beverage and catering services, providing security, flowers, and so much more.

One of our recurring requests is sustainability event planning.  It is the practice of creating an event that is socially and environmentally responsible, IE eco-friendly.  While some know it as “event greening”, the result is an event that is hosted responsibly while having a great time.

Another popular theme we help coordinate is rustic chic weddings.  Many people choose McCall for its availability of old barns, churches, and mountain lodges.  In addition, the McCall area has many beautiful lakes, fields, rivers, and meadows.  The area offers a sense of country charm and many feel a connection to family traditions and history to them.  Some of our farm venues are still in operation.  McCall Weddings has several rustic locations to choose from to host your wedding or event.

Unlike some of our competitors, our vendor referrals are without commisions.  That is, we don’t contract with a vendor for a fee or commission.  Our cost is your cost.  We are completely transparent and will show you invoice costs.  Many of our competitors charge a percentage on top of the vendor pricing they get.  They have no incentive to save you money because the more the vendor charges you, the higher their commission!  Always ask your event planner for their vendors invoices.

 Packages

These are the different event planning packages that we offer.  We can also customize each component to give you the plan that you’re looking for.  Our packages are based on hundreds of weddings we’ve been involved in and reflect an accuracy that you won’t be able to find from other sources.  These are our most requested combinations by our customers.  As mentioned earlier, vendor selections and referrals are provided with no commissions or kick-backs paid to us.

Pearls of Wisdom – $100 – $500

This package is after the initial consultation.  It is an opportunity for us to understand your vision and help you plan for the event.  From here, we will be able to help you with some key areas of your event:

  • Vendor Referral List – Our recommendations on vendors for your event that best match your style, budget, and requirements
  • Estimated Wedding Budget – A realistic budget based on the hundreds of actual weddings that we’ve participated in

Sapphire – True Blue – $600 – $850

This package is day-of coordinating. Our coordinators and planners will handle all unforeseen emergencies and manage all behind-the-scenes details during day-of wedding.  In addition to the previous packages, McCall Weddings will:

  • Be present and available to you throughout the entire event.
  • Act as agent/liaison between the wedding party and vendors to ensure communication
  • Meet with you to gather all information regarding your wedding or event
  • Finalize the specific details from each vendor
  • Conduct the rehearsal
  • Vendor check-in and management
  • Set out favors, guest book, place cards, etc

This service needs to be reserved at least six months in advance of the date of the event.

Emerald City – Love and Bliss – $900 – $1,800

In addition to the day-of-coordinating services, Emerald offers you more involvement by attending more to your needs and working more closely with each of your vendors.  This includes key  meetings such as:

  • Consulting with you on your floral design and needs
  • Assisting your event rental company, helping to design tent and chair layout, lighting and props
  • Meeting with the sound services (DJ, MC, Band) and finalizing music flow and preference
  • Catering meetings and menu planning
  • Help with design and decor elements and prop rentals
  • Meet with venue coordinator on event layout

Diamond – A Girl’s Best Friend – $1,900 – $2,800

Full service coordination – Start to finish, dresses to honeymoons.  This is our ultimate package. We will handle all aspects of your wedding. We will provide you with:

  • Custom vendor referrals
  • Personalization, creating an unique event for you
  • Review of contracts
  • All event paperwork, from liquor permits to vendor deposits
  • Vendor confirmation and coordination
  • Wedding day itinerary
  • Event site selection
  • Budget analysis and planning
  • Vendor referral customized to your needs
  • Vendor contract negotiation and implementation
  • Monthly organized timeline checklist
  • Save the dates / Invitation design suggestions
  • Create a theme and ambiance using design & decor, lighting, props
  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Special activities, welcome bags, or favors
