Shannon

Shannon

Owner and Chief Party Planner

Having a natural talent for design, owner Shannon Berry’s college experience in fashion merchandising, combined with 25 years in retail merchandising has contributed to her success with McCall Weddings and DeLish Catering  in the greater McCall area since 2005.

Shannon brings her passion, positive energy and enthusiasm to every project she pursues. Her integrity has gained respect from peers, other event industry partners, and clients. Shannon is respected and appreciated by the greater area McCall Community members, the work she does to support the local economy through locals first vendor referrals, and not marking up services supplied by other vendors.

Shannon, and her husband Steve have generously supported numerous local non-profit organizations and local people in need over the years*

Most importantly, Shannon throws amazing parties, and is fun to be around. True story.

*That’s not something they promote.  I’ve witnessed it over the years as a local. I’m adding it as the marketing person, because I think you should know, and the Berrys aren’t the type of people to brag about it.

Kenna

Kenna

Event Coordinator

Kenna is Director of Coordination and lead floral designer for McCall Weddings. Starting in middle school,  Kenna spent her summers traveling to McCall to work with Shannon at McCall weddings. She loved the event planning industry, and chose to relocate to McCall  from Reno a few years ago.  Kenna is detail-oriented, creative, and works well under pressure. She has been able to work on multiple aspects of weddings over the years, from design, decor, floral, catering and event coordinating.

The depth of her event planning experience allows her to understand nuanced details to make your event unique and executed smoothly. Kenna has been called a workaholic, but would never agree. Doing what she loves isn’t work.

Kenna is a people person, great at reading situations, and people. This has come in handy when she’s worked to avert potential crisis situations as an event coordinator. Kenna strives to make a personal connection with each of her clients.

Kenna is a great “dog mom”  to her dog, King. It’s King’s world, and she’s just living in it. In her downtime, you can find her outside with King, spending time with friends and family, and drinking too much coffee.

Tanya

Tanya

Event Coordinator

Although Tanya grew up in the Treasure Valley, McCall has always held a special place in her heart. There’s no place she’d rather live, work, and play. Her journey of becoming a Wedding Coordinator started 4 years ago when Shannon’s husband, Steve, approached her at a Rotary meeting. Recognizing she was an enthusiastic people person, he  said, “You need to work for my wife.”

Having recently moved back to Idaho, Tanya wasn’t looking for a job at the time, but found herself fortunate to be presented with a whole new career. After becoming involved with all things “wedding”, she finds tremendous satisfaction in helping couples achieve their vision of the perfect day.

Her weeks are spent working as an coordinator, catering assistant with DeLish Catering, and running her own companies: T. Rents Vintage and Candles of McCall. Renting specialty items for events and selling her own hand-poured candles fulfills her creative side and keeps her busy year-round.

For her, creating events isn’t simply a job, but a way of life, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Lindsey

Lindsey

Assistant Event Coordinator

A Montana native, Lindsey Lynch has lived in the McCall area for the past two years. Like most locals, she juggles multiple jobs: house cleaning, pet and house sitting, dog walking, giving private music lessons, catering, and assistant event coordinating with McCall Weddings.

Prior to living in Valley County, she attended the University of Idaho and received her Bachelor’s Degree in music performance.

In Lindsay’s free time she continues to express herself through music and dance. This passion brings more meaning into her life. What Lindsey enjoys most about her career with McCall Weddings, is being able to experience weddings and special events on a regular basis and to “feel the love” and joy in the married couples and guests while she’s assisting onsite.
