Our ultra-luxe, white glove event planning service ($3,550 – $5,000)

  • 38 – 60 dedicated hours (Including up to 24 hours on your event day)
  • Unlimited meetings as needed (within 60 hour package guideline, additional labor available à la carte)
  • Your coordination service starts immediately upon booking with us
  • 1 dedicated wedding coordinator to help you plan for your big day.
  • 1 to 2 assistants added to work with you and your event coordinator for your ceremony rehearsal and wedding day.
  • Assistance with your venue site selection, booking and logistics
  • Event budget analysis and planning
  • Personalized event touches
  • We’ll review all logistical event paperwork including vendor deposits and liquor permits
  • Vendor referrals, contract negotiations, vendor confirmation, and coordination
  • You’ll get access to our digital event planning and organizational tool
  • Save the date suggestions and design ideas
  • Complete event design including, theme, ambiance, decor, lighting, props (rental not included)

Our premiere event planning service ($2,550 – $3,500)

  • 25 – 36 dedicated total event coordination hours (Up to 12 hours day of event)
  • Pre-event 14 – 18 hours (additional hours available à la carte)
  • Initial consultation, booking and major event details begin immediately. Other details handled 3-5 months in advance of event
  • 1 wedding coordinator, 1 assistant for ceremony rehearsal, and day of event (Additional labor available à la carte)
  • Vendor contracting assistance
  • Meeting with your sound service vendor, and rental company for lighting and decor
  • Event layout
  • Assist client with uploading data into our collaborative wedding planning tool and upload your guest list
  • Assist in event ambience through inspiration boards by entering ideas, seating chart creation and event layout
  • Our Emerald Coordination Service also includes all the services from Sapphire coordination plan



Our month of event planning service ($1,750 – $2,500)

  • 20 – 24 hours total (8-10 hours max on event day)
  • Up to 14 hours pre-event max (additional labor available à la carte  )
  • 1 Initial client consultation. Remainder of coordination 4-6 weeks before event
  • 1 Day of your event coordinator (additional assistants available à la carte)
  • 1 event on-site visit
  • Final event walk through 24 hours prior to event
  • Conduct ceremony rehearsal
